At Vie Pilates we offer individualised Pilates training and programming.

Our fitness sessions are conducted by globally respected Pilates instructors, using state-of-the-art equipment. We form a tailored program that draws from the collective career expertise of Sylvia and Breaker Roberts, Vie Pilates Co-Founders.

A class with us promises to tone and challenge your body, strengthen core muscle groups, increase flexibility, improving circulation and your body’s overall efficiency.

  • A few things that make us different:

    1️⃣ We offer the unique experience of group Pilates training whilst still catering to each client’s individual needs. This means that you will be able to work on your own program safely and efficiently in any of our classes without following the group.

    2️⃣ We utilise ALL of the Pilates apparatus, not just reformers. This is essential for the longevity of your practice and delivers a more authentic Pilates experience - and better results!

    3️⃣ We are owner operators! Your instructor will always be Breaker or Sylvia, not a random new teacher each time. This allows for us to know all of our clients and treat everyone as individuals. We have a collective lifetime of experience in Pilates and fitness which is unmatched in the the industry.

    4️⃣ Our beautiful open air studio is another unique aspect to our business. You will have plenty of room to move, with ample space between you and others taking the class. Our stunning view of Lake Orr and relaxed environment will leave you feeling uplifted and energised.

  • We teach using all of the major Pilates equipment (cadillac, wunda chair, high barrel, spine corrector, etc).

    Mat Pilates and free weight exercises are also integrated into our sessions, so every one of your fitness goals will be comprehensively covered.

    Our belief is: The key to a sustainable practice lies in providing variety and variation in our movement practice long term. Of course this simply can’t be done whilst only working out exclusively on one piece of equipment like the reformer or mat.

  • We’re able to cater to pregnant and postpartum women in any of our classes. You can be sure that the exercises we select for you are appropriate and safe.

    Your class will be adapted to suit each trimester and beyond.

    We’ve helped countless mothers throughout their entire pregnancy and encourage rehabilitation after birth.

  • The short answer is, yes! However, depending on the severity/complexity of your injury we advise contacting the studio prior to booking in.

    For new clients, we will advise which hour would be best suited or recommend a private session.
